Bobby Robson, the former Barcelona and England manager has died today after a long battle with cancer. He was 76.

An absolute legend, Robson was one of England's greatest managers and greatest ambassadors of the game. While his season at Barcelona was turbulent, he will be remembered fondly for his Ronaldo lead attack and victories in the Copa del Rey, Cup Winners Cup, and Spanish Super Cup.

technically he won a treble before Pep....

but forget his footballing achievements for a second because we are talking about a man who beat cancer 4 times. only the most strongly willed can do something like that and the fact he remained a true gentleman during that time shows what a brilliant human being he was.

R.I.P. Sir Bobby, a true legend and gentleman.

Saw the news while I was in Spain, real shame. A true legend of football, not just in England but globally. A fantastic human being. He'll be sorely missed. RIP Bobby.
