Juventus unveiled former player Ciro Ferrara as their new manager, dropping the interim tag he assumed when taking over from Ranieri. He even mentioned Pep in his interview, as the impact of Pep's work continues to be felt around the Europe.

he mentioned him saying he doesn't want to be like him. IMO I think that was mistranslated, i'm sure he meant he doesn't want to be compared to Pep

no he doesn't, but the similarities are there whether he wants to be compared or not. A more accurate comparison would be FCB to Juventus, as the setup from our B team to first team is completely different from Juve's setup.
