“After the tempest comes the rainbow,” smiled the Milan star who has struggled with fitness worries and his father’s illness.
“These last four months have been terrible for me, but these problems have made me stronger. I will take part in my fourth World Cup, but my heart is beating as if it were my first.”
There were reports that the Brazilian would end his career at Sao Paolo, but the 34-year-old has no intention of hanging up his boots yet.
This week Milan doctor Massimiliano Sala stated that the former Roma man can play another eight years considering his overall fitness levels.
“It’s good to have this constitution. How about I play another decade instead of just eight years?” he joked.
Cafu went under the knife in Rio de Janeiro to correct a knee problem, but also had surgery on his nose and throat to ease his breathing.
“I am now a new man and soon I will be able to literally fly on the football field!”
8 years more?????

For you bouquets and ribboned wreaths—for you our home's a-crowdin;
For you they call, the swaying mass, their eager faces shoutin—For
you to lead your team ahead, for you they work and strive;

We're not even in the relegation zone, Lazio, Reggina and Fiorentina are all below us. And in only 2 games we have narrowed the gap with Inter to just 6 points, 2 derby victories and we're there. This is the start of a legendery title winning campaign.

EDIT: In addition to that, Sampdoria usually play well against big teams. Their coach was spot on with his predictions and mentality. Not even Ronaldinho will be able to do this team justice unless they replace the I-Beams and Pillars of that team.

MILAN, Oct 26 (SW) Milan manager Carlo Ancelotti has admitted his strikers are suffering somewhat of a crisis, but insists that they will soon be back to top form.
The Rossoneri overcame a determined Chievo side on Wednesday night, with a Marek Jankulovski goal giving the Serie A contenders all three points.
Sooner or later, this wasteful period will come to an end, insisted Ancelotti.
Alberto Gilardino and Ricardo Oliveira moved well in the first half and we created chances, but couldnt convert them.
This is an important win. Jankulovski is working well and always gaining in character. These are crucial goals for both his and our confidence.
Our forwards will join in and contribute eventually. Now we can look forward to the Milan derby with the right spirit.
The latest Italian press reports have linked Udinese hitman Vincenzo Iaquinta with a 10 million move to the Rossoneri in the January transfer window, despite Ancelotti declaring his side does not need re-enforcements.

Its self explanatory. I don't need to comment.
