i know that lyon are always dominatnt but surely, there's got to be a topic for this

anyway, i am watching marseille v stransbourg, openning weekend. (for the indian guys, TENSports is showin it) ... and so far i havent been impressed by marseille... they are switching between a 4-5-1 and a 4-4-2 ( the latter being MUCH more dangerous, cuz cisse isnt a lone man)... but the problem is that despite taiwo's work on the left, he has the always useless zneden with him. on the other flank niang (sp) has done well whenever he has gone up top with cisse. cheyrou in the middle looks quality. but there isnt enough creativity. perhaps due to the absence of nasri. strasbourg have played like the away side (despite being the home side) and havent tested the goalkeepr truly, yet. 0-0 at halftime...

Zenden is so s*it, I still don't know how he was on the field for both CL Semi's and then the final, a complete chocolate teapot.

finished 0-0. the fucker in charge of OM shud stop playing the 451. he was playing it even when strasbourg had ten men behind the ball. cisse didnt have even one chance in the game. play the 442 and get niang up top... and the guy who came on for zenden for 1000000000000 times better than him

French league has weird goals, but so very few of them.

Cris out for six months. Another "ouch" for the champions.

I think this will be the season lyon will be pushed all the way. Even with a clueless coach alain perrin they have too much experience in the team to lose the league. But it wont be a walkover like in the past x seasons.

PSG is getting off to a bad start too...Ligue 1 is in shamble right now, but Lyon's situation is especially grim.

Its true. Everyone wanted a more competitive ligue 1. But by the other teams getting stronger, not lyon getting weaker.

Laurent blanc is doing quite well with bordeaux

I really want L'OM to win the league too or PSG, simply because of L. Guen.

However I'm I think that your right Beast, L'OM will screw themselves over and in the end it will be Lyon and PSG fighting for the top spot and L'OM will fall to third.

Where do you see Monaco ending up?
Casillas wasted time, Madrid's most creative midfielder was played as a man-marker, their strikers lined up as midfielders and the whole team took it in turns to boot Leo Messi in the air. Madrid went to the Camp Nou the way that a small team goes to the Camp Nou. The way Racing went there. The way Getafe did. In search of a draw. There is just one difference: Racing and Getafe got it.

Monaco this year have made a good start.. got rid of some of the screw ups (Toure excluded ) got Pino who is considerd the most promising young Colombian a very good winger... i hope they can be "stable" .. deep down inside i wouldn't mind Monaco winning it .. but the managment is a bigger screw up then anyone imagine ...and the prince is not botherd at all(unlike his father) and having a construction Multi Millionaire president who know s*it about football so he leave it all to his assitant who was behind Deschamps leaving the club along with selling stars & not buying suitable players

for example they sold Toure and who they buy to replace him ? no one..

they are walking on thin ice couple of injuries & they will struggle but they made an excellent start getting the adventage of other big names falling down early
