Barça's Brazilian duo Juliano Belletti and Edmilson have both picked up knocks which will see them out for 3/4 weeks and 2 weeks respectively.

Last season's Champions League final hero Belletti, picked up a tear in his biceps of his right leg on his 100th appearance for the club on Sunday against Real Mallorca after coming on as a second half substitute for Gianluca Zambrotta.

He is expected to miss 3 to 4 weeks and the club medical staff had the following to say: “The scans carried out on Belletti confirm the diagnostic made yesterday (Sunday) after the match against Mallorca. The player has suffered a 3-4 centimetre tear in the biceps of his right leg. The recovery time is approximately between 3 and 4 weeks”

Belletti's season has been plagued with injury, with injuries ranging from a dislocated shoulder to knee ligament damage restricting him to only 13 games this season.

Edmilson also suffered a muscular injury to his right leg and has been ruled out for 2 weeks.
