Gabriel Milito scored his first ever goal for FC Barcelona and youngster Bojan Krkic scored his first goal at the Camp Nou to help Barça beat 3rd from bottom Recreativo 3-0.

After an uninspiring first half, Barça finally took the lead on the 64th minute through defender Gabriel Milito. The Argentine defender put the ball into the back of the net with a powerful header from a corner.

Two minutes later, youngster Bojan, who was only on the pitch for 6 minutes, got Barça's second goal. Thierry Henry had got the ball inside the penalty area and squared it to Bojan, who fired it past Sorrentino in the Recre goal.

Barça's 3rd and final goal came 9 minutes from time with Lionel Messi firing past Sorrentino from the spot after he was barged over in the area by defener Cáceres. That was Messi's 8th goal of the season which leaves him on top of the goalscoring charts alongside Sevilla's Brazilian international Luis Fabiano.

Puyol knock
Captain Carles Puyol had to be replaced by Rafa Márquez 55 minutes into the match after picking up a knock earlier on in the match and could now miss out on the trip to Lyon in midweek.
